A special highlight are the wooden band pegs on both sides, which allow you to adjust the length of the resistance bands to suit your height and the exercise you are doing – for maximum training variety and safety.

In addition, the platform is designed to be combined with Woodletics deadlift blocks. This creates a compact, mobile and easily storable deadlift platform – ideal for any home gym or flexible use in the studio.
